Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to the fees paid by students for teacher training courses offered by Drishti Academy.

2. Free Demo Session

We encourage all prospective students to attend our free demo session before making a payment, so they can be fully confident about their course choice.

3. Registration Fee

The registration fee, where applicable, is non-refundable as it covers admission processing, seat reservation, and administrative costs.

4. Course Fee Refunds

  • Full course fee refund is available if the cancellation request is made within 7 days of payment, provided no study material or classes have been accessed.
  • After the refund period, fees are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances (such as prolonged illness), the Academy may offer a pro-rated adjustment or transfer to another batch at its discretion.
  • Once study material has been provided or classes have begun, the fee is non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable period with your payment details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
